Absolutely fabulous!!

I've had many cleaning companies in the past but by far I am over the top happy with Maid Solutions. We have used them for about a year and a half. Each and every time they do a wonderful job. We moved and I requested them to do a move out cleaning after all furniture was out of the house. When I went back to the house to pick up the key I had requested they leave behind, I couldn't believe my eyes. I was ecstatic. They went over and above what I was expecting. Of course I will continue to use Maid Solutions since we still live in the area. Paula is also a pleasure to speak with. She is very pleasant and helpful.

Very pleased with results

Three floor townhouse. Dusted, vacuumed, mopped. Cleaned bathrooms completely. Moved furniture and objects on counters to remove dust and dirt. Very pleased with results. Cleaned things that I never get to. Found dust in places I didn't even know about. Everything in bathrooms clean and shiny. Dust under couch and bed gone. Dusty smell in house is gone. Microwave clean

I love the integrity

We are always very pleased with our service. However, on this one day we were super delighted! I had lost my wedding ring in the house. I searched the house over and over again and figured that I had accidentally threw it away when I was doing a big closet purge. I delayed filing a claim with insurance because I was hopeful it would show up. Well, after two months I gave up and filed a claim. I left for vacation and on Friday, June 19 - the same day Maid Solution came to our house. My husband called me later that night after returning home from work and found the wedding ring on top of our desk. I was ELATED! I called Paula, the owner of Maid Solution, right away to thank her and have her thank the cleaners! It was under the couch - clearly in a place I did not thoroughly check. I love the integrity of the cleaners and would highly recommend their service.

The general manager, Paula, contacted me to clarify things. They went above and beyond. Two women came out and they did the work that we had spoken about. They were on time and they did excellent work. During the visit the quality control employee came by and I thought that was impressive. I am very impressed with this company and I will be using them again. I would give them an A+.

It smells great, looks sparkling, and was a pleasure

Two ladies just left our house after a bi-weekly cleaning this past Saturday morning, and it smells great, looks sparkling, and was a pleasure! They are always on time and great attention to detail. Our home is never really dirty, as we pick up often, but we really needed someone to come in and clean regularly for us after we had a newborn (Both my husband and I have a full time job and I'm a neat freak!). I found them in a Newsletter Resident Magazine.The two same ladies come to our house bi-weekly are very nice and polite. The manager, Paula Garrison is very professional, very easy to work with and she really cares about her colleagues. We are very happy for their service and I would highly recommend to Maid Solution to everyone!

I usually don't post reviews but this company is a keeper

We have been using an individual cleaning person for over 2 years. Most of the time she did not show up or broke stuff and did not tell us. I saw a Maid Solution car parked at neighbor's and decided to try them. I was extremely impressed with owner professionalism and service. Have been using them for over 4 months now and still pleased.

One of the maids broke a light bulb while cleaning last week and owner immediately emailed us. With my other cleaner we use to find broken things. The manager came next day to replace bulb! I was paying my previous house cleaner almost the same but did not get same service and reliability. I usually don't post reviews but this company is a keeper. I will be moving next year to California and I wish I could take them with me!

We have used several companies and by far Maid Solution was the best. My in-laws were impressed on how nice and clean our placed looked. The manager called next day to make sure we were satisfied. My husband liked it so much that we decided to use them every 2 weeks

I've been using Maid Solution for over a year now and love their service. They are always on time, the house looks fantastic, and even gave us a house warming gift when we moved to another house. That extra touch was impressive. The move out cleaning for the townhome we left was also fantastic. The property manager was very pleased with the very clean home. Their prices are also so much better than other services that I had researched. Paula, the owner, is very responsive through email and personally came to my home to provide an estimate. She's extremely professional. I highly recommend Maid Solution!
