Maid Solution cleaning services is not a franchise. We are a house and office cleaning company located in Northern Virginia since 1993. Our office is open Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Saturday, 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Our staff is available to answer any questions or concerns you might have.

Free Estimates
Maid Solution offers free home estimates. That way it allows us to explain our service in detail, answer all your concerns and put all your instructions on the work order for the team. Our quality manager meets with the teams prior to all services to make sure they understand all the instructions. Most of our clients are not home when we clean and we believe that meeting prior to servicing your home is crucial.

Same Teams for recurrent services
We send the same teams to ensure consistency and quality service to our weekly or biweekly clients. We have found that clients and their pets feel more comfortable having the same teams and our teams like going to the same homes. We can significantly reduce accidents as teams are already familiar with special requirements and homes.

ENVIRONMENTALLY SAFE CLEANING Products
Maid Solution uses cleaning supplies that are EPA approved.   Our vacuums have a micro filtration system and bags are changed in every home. We do not want to bring odors or dirt from another home into yours. This is a must for allergy sufferers. We have no issues using your products and your equipment if you prefer.

Maid Solution is licensed, insured and bonded and has workers compensation. We pay all the taxes, social security, federal and state taxes and benefits for our employees. Everyone that works for Maid Solution is an employee. We do not subcontract work.

We are competitively priced to provide an economical and reasonable alternative to cleaning your own home. The cost may vary depending upon:

  • the size and number of the rooms
  • frequency of service
  • number of occupants (including pets)
  • number of levels
  • type of floor and prior maintenance of your home.

We want to be as productive as possible when cleaning your home. To assist us we ask you to do the following:

  • Straighten and pickup toys, clothing, shoes, and other items that would clutter our work space. We want teams to focus in cleaning vs misplacing items.
  • Call the office 48 hours in advance for all special requests including cancellations. This will ensure that your request is properly communicated in advance to the cleaning staff so that both staff and management are in agreement as to what needs to be cleaned in your home.
