We have been using an individual cleaning person for over 2 years. Most of the time she did not show up or broke stuff and did not tell us. I saw a Maid Solution car parked at neighbor’s and decided to try them. I was extremely impressed with owner professionalism and service. Have been using them for over 4 months now and still pleased.
One of the maids broke a light bulb while cleaning last week and owner immediately emailed us. With my other cleaner we use to find broken things. The manager came next day to replace bulb! I was paying my previous house cleaner almost the same but did not get same service and reliability. I usually don’t post reviews but this company is a keeper. I will be moving next year to California and I wish I could take them with me!
